Philadelphia cooking cream is $0.49 at Kroger and $0.50 at Publix, so here is a great recipe to try!

Raspberry Pie

1 sm box Raspberry Jello
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 Tbsp corn starch
2 cups powder sugar
1 cup cream cheese or cooking cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 graham cracker crusts
Fresh raspberries

In a saucepan on medium heat combine together sugar, water and cornstarch.  Continue stirring until mixture becomes a clear thick in form. Remove from heat. Add the Jello and let cool. In a separate bowl add together  powder sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and blend together until its smooth.  Put half the cream cheese mixture in one of the graham cracker crust and the other half in the other crust.  Do the same for the Jello mixture.  Sprinkle the raspberries on top and put into refrigerator for about 3-4 hours or until jello is set up. This recipe makes 2 Raspberry Pies!!! Enjoy!
