Was it advertised in your CVS ad? I learned recently shopping @ CVS that sometimes the items on sale do not always have their sales tags on the items. Take the item and scan it at the coupon center to see what it will ring up for.

If you didnt get the .50 off coupon (mine was for .20) go on ebay and buy them, the is what i did last night

I had a problem at my local CVS store I went to get 2 bottles and the cashier. Rejected my two coupons telling me there only one coupon per transaction.. I try to explain to him that the coupon stated 4 per transaction. He definately did not let me talk and try giving me a coupon lesson… I told him i wasnt interested in hearing his speech. He reply by saying that what happen to all those coupon people they dont want to pay for anything now a days. I try finding a manager and no manager in sight… I left the store but now I dont know where I might be able to get the Corporate number does any of you have it… If you guys do email me at enizabeth2004@yahoo.com thanks

First of all, he’s just angry that he can’t save that much.
Second of all, manufacturer’s pay for the coupons, and it’s on their dime.
Third of all, I feel sorry for you that you had to go through that, but don’t let it get to you, hopefully you’re able to swing by a different CVS around your area and have a more pleasant experience.

We got the $.50 off coupon in MN. I saw the $.20 off suggested coupon in the CVS ad and was pleasantly surprised when we got the better deal. Usually MN misses out on all the awesome coupons.

Coupon Ladies- Could you explain why you didn’t include the 3 month stock up icon on this sale in the larger weekly store deal listing? Many of us rely on your icons to know which deals are stockup worthy and would like to make only one shopping trip per week. Having a seperate entry on the same deal later in a coupon week is unnecessarily confusing. Thanks.

Reply

It’s because they are human and don’t know about all deals or that a deal is amazing. Cut them some slack, they do their best not to confuse and to get as many of the deals out as possible.

After purchasing 1 each @ Walgreens & CVS w/the 7/31 P&G $0.50/1 Dawn Q, I noticed in my coupon file later in the day I had 2-$1.00/1 Dawn Hand Renewal w/Olay (the one pictured in the CVS ad) from a coupon booklet/insert that came in a Pampers box of diapers I purchased many months ago so I went back to CVS last night & bought two of those and used my $1.00/1 Q so I got them both for free.

and Walgreens will let you buy more than 2 lol

I took this same q to Wal-Mart. They have a bigger bottle (14oz) for $.97. So I paid $.47 for a bigger bottle! It was on the bottom shelf…and no limit!

Reply

OOPs, I meant how come some places get 20cents while other get 50cents. How do you get the 50cents anyway?

Reply

For some reason some coupons are regional and aren’t the same value in every city or town.

I live in Northern Ca and am glad I got these as we often miss out on good Qs everyone else gets.

Reply

I live in DC, and the coupon is also for 20 cents. Too bad.

I have a question. My city does not have a Kroger store, I live in Central California and we do have FoodsCo and Food4Less which are owned by Kroger as it’s Ralph’s. How come their deals are different and these stores in my area do not double coupons?

Reply

not all krogers double coupons….depends on the area…also the sales are dependent on the area.

Reply

Free at Kroger

Reply

Rite aid has them for 97 cents lol

Reply

I got these at my local Kroger (in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area) for free. They are on sale for 10/$10 or $1 each. So, the 50 cent coupon in today’s PG insert will double, making this item free. This deal will work until Tuesday night at midnight when the new sales ad takes affect. We got 8 for free.. we love free!!

Reply

So if something is 10 for 10, I dont have to buy ten items to get the price? So I could just go in and get like 2 things? This is probably a silly question…

Reply

Yes, you can go in and get as many things as you want and each item will be $1. Not a silly question at all. :)

Reply

Yes, Nancy is right! On the 10/$10 sales, you can buy as many as you want at $1 each. The only time you have to buy at least 10 is for a Mega Event sale at Kroger.
