Rite Aid Extreme Couponing (Week of 7/15): $5.00 or Less

Welcome to this post where we will lay out some extreme couponing deals that will cost you about $5.00 each week! First, here’s everything you need to know about shopping at Rite Aid:

Before shopping at RiteAid you should sign up for a Wellness card or get one in your store. The best deals at Rite Aid utilize the +Up Rewards and the Single Check Rebate (SCR) system. In addition to the +Up Rewards, which are coupons that print with your receipt (similar to CVS), Rite Aid sends you a monthly check for the total of all your rebates purchased during that month with the SCR program. You can cash the check as you would any other check. In addition to the +Up Rewards and the SCR program, you can watch videos on products and receive Video Value coupons. These coupons can be printed from your computer after you watch the corresponding videos. You can use each coupon once per Wellness card. Go here for RiteAid’s updated coupon policy and here to watch the video on shopping at Rite Aid.

I know it doesn’t help now but Rite-Aid in San Diego starts their ads on Fridays thru Thursday. There was an Ad-Perk for $.50 off Starburst that expired today which made it 2 for free :-)

  2. I’m kinda new to this I got 60 dollars worth of product at rite aid like 5 bottles of garnier and 4 bottles of poweraid and 4 bottles of coppertone suntan lotion (Worth 10 bucks a piece!) all for 7 dollars because of previous posts. THANK YOU SO MUCH whoever runs this site you are amazing. But i have a question cause im a newbie. When it says, ”
Use $1.00/1 Revlon Nail product from SS 6/24 (exp 7/29) ” what does it mean from “SS” where do you get that coupon from? thanks

    •  from SS means Smart Source it is one of the inserts in the Sunday papers.  They have a beginners tab on the site that will explain the logos for you :) because there are some tricky wording sometimes on the coupons.  There is also how to organize coupons and tips for stock piles and everything :).

  3. Will the Revlon Enamel work for the SCR does the 1cent difference matter?

It should work fine.  It is really just based on you buying the product, not what you paid.  Sometimes SCR’s make a good moneymaker!

Thank you so much for the great posts they are so helpful. I didn’t think this was going to be a good week @ Rite Aid but now there are several things I’m excited about, especially the pull ups deal since my daughter is about ready to start potty training and the free candy will help me keep my sanity while going through it. What I hadn’t figured on was the cheap lip gloss and free nail polish, yeah something fun for mom. Thanks again so much.
