  1. If you are going to do this rebate, be sure to read the entire form very carefully as there are a lot of special purchase requirements such as: no pre-priced bonus bags or dollar off bags. Make sure you cut out the entire UPC symbol and the words “proof of purchase” above it. There is one interesting contradiction on the form. Under offer requirements it states “One rebate offer per household allowed” but under purchase requirements it states “limit one offer per rebate form”. To be on the safe side, I’d go with the “One rebate offer per household allowed”. Also you can not use a pre-printed address label on your form. I will be doing this rebate but I don’t like the idea that one of their “required fields” to be filled in is my phone number. I don’t know why my phone number is required. E-mail is also required.

I tried this and they refused my rebate because I used a coupon.

  3. Alison says:

so u have to send in the receipt right? what if you make other purchaes and are using other coupons. Will they know that the 3.00 coupon went toward that at the time?

    • Anonymous says:

This rebate is invalid if used with any coupons. To be on the safe side, I would purchase it separately without coupons.

    • If you try to do it with the coupon then that is cheating the system and fraudulent to the company. We all have to be careful and do things the right way that is just what is morally right to do!

  4. Where is the adult small bites on sale?
