Rite Aid Extreme Couponing (Week of 8/26): $5.00 or Less

Welcome to this post where we will lay out some extreme couponing deals that will cost you about $5.00 each week! First, here’s everything you need to know about shopping at Rite Aid:

Before shopping at RiteAid you should sign up for a Wellness card or get one in your store. The best deals at Rite Aid utilize the +Up Rewards and the Single Check Rebate (SCR) system. In addition to the +Up Rewards, which are coupons that print with your receipt (similar to CVS), Rite Aid sends you a monthly check for the total of all your rebates purchased during that month with the SCR program. You can cash the check as you would any other check. In addition to the +Up Rewards

Through the SCR program, you can watch videos on products and receive Video Value coupons. These coupons can be printed from your computer after you watch the corresponding videos. You can use each coupon once per Wellness card. Go here for Rite Aid’s updated coupon policy and here to watch the video on shopping at Rite Aid.

In the ad, I see that the Crest Mouthwash is advertised as having a $2 up. Is this the true up reward or is there a glitch in the system allowing $4 up rewards?

I used my BOGO Crest Pro Health coupon today, plus a $1 off Crest oral care coupon (RA coupon from the Oral Health booklet). So I paid a total of $3.99. Got my 1 L bottle of Pro Health, which had a smaller free bottle attached, and then for the free bottle (from the coupon), I grabbed a smaller bottle.

Both of my 4 UPs printed because the free smaller bottle I bought was marked for the UP reward too.

So I paid $3.99 and received $8 UP!!!!!

Can I use a coupon from PG last month that says buy one crest rinse 946 ml or larger and get one crest rinse 500 ml or smaller free instead? That should make this deal $3 MM.

If you wanted a better deal on the Aussie/Herbal Essences deal you could also take the coupon for a free Herbal Essences product or a free Aussie product if you requested them a while ago. They are no longer available but it could be a $2 moneymaker if you did have those coupons.
