Centrum Flavor Burst Vitamins, Only $0.99 at CVS!

If you were able to try these vitamins-masquerading-as-candy, free with the CVS coupon last week, you may have hoped that we’d see another great deal soon. We’re in luck! Not only is the CVS Coupon printing again this week, the larger bottles of Centrum Flavor Burst are included in an Extra Bucks promotion. I got a GREAT deal on these. The $4 EB must be regional because they were not offering this at that at any of the locations I went to. And i went to about 5 looking for these. They were $9.49 for the 60 ct!!! which sound ridiculous.

    I used 2 – $2 off MQ
And I got 2 different $5 CVS coupons from the red machine.
    Totaling $14 worth of coupons.

I used an additional $4 EB from a previous transaction.

My Grand total was $.98 for 2 after tax.

UPDATE: I live in the SF Bay Area and just called 5 stores, all of which are out of the vitamins. A couple of the managers told me because the coupon keeps printing from the MCM they fly outta the store and the warehouses in this area are completely out. They have no idea when another batch will come in.

do i have to get both of them to get the cvs bucks?

    • Anonymous says:

Yes: Buy 2, Receive $4.00 ExtraBucks. But, as mentioned, you can buy one at a time and it will “track” on your CVS ExtraCare card. HTH!

  4. Charity says:

I don’t understand. Are they 2 for $9.99? It seems like the final price would be $12 after 2 coupons and the $4 extra bucks.

      $9.99 each. Buy 2
      =$19.98
Use TWO ($2) manufacturer coupons -$4.00
Use TWO ($5) CVS Coupons -$10.00
      =$5.98
      Get back $4.00 ExtraBucks
= Essentially $1.98, or $0.99 each, when you buy 2.

      Hope that helps!

Well, I got 6 free last week (3 months worth) so I’m good!

  6. Guest says:

My CVS wouldn’t accept the internet printed coupons…is this true at all CVS’s?

    • Anonymous says:

No. There is nothing in their policy stating they can’t accept printable coupons. Did they give you a reason?

my 20% off Q expires tomorrow so this is going to be a MM for me! yippee

    • Anonymous says:

because its on sale, i dont think you would be able to use 20% off Q, usual price is 11.99, sale price is 9.99

    • Anonymous says:

$9.99 is a sale price, unfortunately, so the 20% off coupon won’t work. Still a great deal though!

      • Anonymous says:

oh! i saw last weeks 6.99 60ct deal is regularly 9.79 (i thought regional price for me is 9.99) so i assumed that was also part of the $4 ECB deal. KCL do you know if the 60 ct is on sale or is part of the $4 ECB deal too?

        • Anonymous says:

No, it’s not on sale or part of the EB deal this week :(

          • Anonymous says:

so that means at 9.29 reg price-1.86 x20% off – $5 CVS Q – $2 MQ = this would have only cost me 43 cents, right?. Such a good deal too bad my 20% off Q expires today and my store ran out of the 60 ct…

  8. Melissa says:

I can’t believe I didn’t get the rain check for last week. My cvs coupon expired so I missed out on a good deal. :(

  9. knuckleheadlovernicki says:

    love em!!!

  10. Tanja says:

Is there a centrum silver edition of the flavor bursts?

  11. Lucy says:

I don’t know how it printed 6 times since last tuesday….one per day…

  12. Lia says:

Wow! Such a great deal! Was able to print the $2/1 Centrum flavor burst and got the CVS $5/1 Centrum coupon from the red machine but were out at 2 CVS locations. Luckily, stopped by a third CVS but was also out of the 80ct. and only had the 120ct. Surprisingly the cashier offered to price match the 120ct. for $6.99!

    • Butterfly29 says:

Same thing happened to me last night. They price matched the 120 count for my Rain check for the 6.99 price last week. A $4 MM for me!!! I ended up grabbing the last 2 bottles. The guy said as soon as they restocked people snatched up the bottles they ordered. The manager was really nice and my rain check is for 4 but she gave me another with the 2 remaining so I can come back, just hope my Q’s dont expire

  13. Scrappinjay says:

I have a rain check for last weeks price of 6.99 because they did not have any in stock, will this still work with the 6.99 price?

      • ana says:

why does it not work? ive always wondered the same about doin having a rain check while another promo is in place.

    • Anonymous says:

Yes your Rain check will work just fine. If your rain check says the price of 6.99 on it (and rain check not expired) they will honor the 6.99 price, and take your coupons with no problems.
Note to Everyone: If any store is out of a product that is on sale, and you have coupons to get it for Free, or a major discount, don’t get frustrated and just leave the store. Always ALWAYS get a Rain Check and use it later when the store is stocked with the Item. Just make sure your rain check, And your coupon have not expired.

      • Dayna says:

I was going to get a rain check on this item, but I didn’t even see a spot for it. It’s like they pulled it from the shelf or something. I was reading all of the tags where the shelves were empty and I couldn’t find it at all! I went up and down the vitamin aisle with no luck!

      • momoharley69d says:

CVS rain checks I was told never expire :)

    • Anonymous says:

The one that was on sale last week for $6.99 is the 60 ct. This deal is for the 120 ct. HTH!

  14. Anonymous says:

I got one coupon.. does it print again if i scan the card .. i never get the usual coupons printed twice..

  15. Guest says:

Will it give me the deal if I purchase two bottles at separate locations on the same day? or do I need to wait for the system to recognize that I purchased two? Thanks!

    • Anonymous says:

That will work just fine! You’ll need two of the CVS coupons though and can only get one per day :)
