60 thoughts on “$4.00 Cosmetics Coupon: Free Wet n Wild and More at CVS!”

This week at CVS they have the wet n wild megalast and fastdry on sale for 99cents, only one of the 3 stores I went to had the sticker up, so they’re free with the $1 off coupon as well. I got 16 for $1.19

Reply

wet n wild isn’t sold at the CVS I go to :( I did get free wnw nail polish at walgreens (.99c ea regular price) but I just need a few more $$ to get another 5$ BB..

Reply

I never get Physicians Formula coupons

Reply

I have 2 of the $4/$12 cosmetic purchase – one expires tomorrow. Are cotton balls and nail files considered cosmetics? I was thinking about getting some Wet & Wild nail polish, cotton balls, and nail files.

Got a 4/12 and wanna do a free almay deal, but need $3 in filler items…any suggestions? Can I buy shampoo as a cosmetic item?

Reply

ok… I got a second 4/12 cosmetic purchase and was wondering can I use this on the head and shoulders deal…or is that not considered a cosmetic item? And, can I stack it with another coupon specifically for shampoo…3/15? I got a free almay deal figured out but I need $3 in filler items and I wanted to do the head and shoulders deal as well. Any suggestions?

I didn’t get any of those coupons for wet and wild or physicians or the cvs cosmetic one wth

for the loreal offer you can get it free if you use 2 of the 2 off from signing up on their site twice.. and then buy 2 eyeshadows. theres one retailing for 499 and one for around 7. use two 2 of 1 and a 4 off 12 from the red machine. pay 4 get 4 eb

Does anybody know how long the wet and wild buy one get one half sale is going to go on for? Thanks in advance

i’m in sacramento and now cvs is really strict now …. i did the revlon deal … the spend $20 and get the $5 ecb or $30 and get the $10 ecb so i almost got to the $30 just missing the 4 cents mark and they print out only the $5 ecb for me…weird… before i can miss just 2 to 4 cent off and still get the full amount of ecb… so i have to come up with the 4 cents for them to print out another $5 ecb… tell me if they are doing this where u guys live too…

It is the new thing with the Buy (Amount and ECB) or Buy (Higher Amount and higher ECB). If you don’t hit the higher mark exactly or above (so no 98% rule), then it won’t trigger the higher ECB. Once you do get to that point (another transaction, for example) then you will get the remaining ECB.

I plan to use the $4 off $12 cosmetics on (3) Nicole nail polish = $23.97. Can I use two $4 off $12 and (1) Save $4 on your purchase of $20 +. ?
In which order should I use them?

Reply

You’d have to purchase $44 worth of product, $24 of which is cosmetics. And, pay close attention to the coupon wording, many of them say you cannot use more than one purchase-based coupon in a transaction.

Reply

Thank you. I looked at the $4 off $20 and it says that this coupon cannot be combined with any other $$ off coupon.

Reply

I had a blast shopping with my coupons and sales at CVS yesterday!! With stacking coupons, in-store sales, and Extra Bucks, I got $95 worth of products and only paid $34 and received $11 Extra Bucks-Final cost: $23!!! Whoooohooooo!!! Loving this!!

Reply

If I have the 25% off coupon and the $4/$12…will the 25% come off first and affect whether it reaches $12 in the first scenario? Or is it the other way around?

Reply

The $4/12 comes off of your total. The 25% is applied to the remainder. So if you spent exactly $12 and used the $4/12, it would be applied to $8. The 25% would take off $2 in that example.

Reply

What Brianna said is correct. Don’t forget that the % off will only work on regularly-priced items.

Reply

Can j use a 20% coupon wit the $4/$12?

Reply

yes, but it may reduce your savings a little

Reply

Ok ty

Reply

Yes, but the $4 will come off first.

Reply

the scott buy 30$ deal, I would need 29.40 to trigger the 10 EBs, correct? I am thinking about buying 2 huggies and Revlon to get up to 30 or close to it, since I got the 4/12 coupon for cosmetics.

Reply

In this particular case, since the deal is a spend $20/get $5 OR spend $30/get $10, you will need to meet or exceed the dollar threshold. The 98% rule does not usually apply to these either/or deals.

Reply

QponGirl is correct – this particular deal will not work at 98% :(

Reply

Did the first scenario with no problem, horay! Thank you KCL!

Reply

Yea! Love to hear it!

Reply

I received the $4/$12 cosmetic purchase and I also have a $10/$50 that printed out at the bottom of a receipt from last week. Can I use both together and only buy $50 worth of stuff and have only $12 be cosmetic? Or do I have to buy $62 worth of products to be able to use both coupons together?

Reply

Read the fine print on the bottom of the coupons and you may find that it restricts you to one $ off coupon per transaction. If, however, your store does allow you to use two, you would need to spend $62 in order to save $14.

Reply

$62.00, and I’ll ditto what QponGirl said – be sure to read the fine print. These typically cannot be combined anymore.

Reply

WOW! thanks for all the different scenarios! I plan on doing the Milani one. I was so excited to see Milani had an extrabucks promotion this week. that’s rare!

Reply

You’re welcome!

Reply

I did the first deal this morning. Yes! to surprise me, the red machine which am in love with; popped up the $4/$12 cosmetics which sweetened the deal, because instead of the $4/$12cosmetics I had $2/$10 any lip or eye… that I saved for probably for another deal.

Reply

You can use both since on is over all cosmo and the other is a over all specific for cosmo!

Reply

I thought it would be a mistake If I used both in the same transaction or maybe reach $ 22 in cosmetics. no complain I got all 3 items for free!!! thank you, next I will ask my cashier friend if I can do that. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. You know what i mean. actually one of the cashiers gave me a high five this morning, he was like you are so good at it!!! they all know me and they are coupon friendly, Yep!!!!!! had 4 different transactions. spent less than $10 in taxes for $90 worth of products and the total is sale price. <3 couponing!!!!

Reply

The cashiers I go allow it.

Reply

I wish I did not forget to ask the cashier before I left but if I don’t get this question answered it will be nagging me all day. I purchased two neutrogena facial lotions, could I have used the $4/$12 cosmetic coupon?

Reply

if they were over $12 then yes

Reply

No, loctions aren’t cosmo, thier beatuy.

Reply

The FDA website states skin moisturizers are a cosmetic item.

Reply

If I have a money/money coupon for school supplies I can use it on Kleenex, since my sisters school put that on thier list for a school supply?

Reply

Unfortunately facial lotion isn’t considered cosmetics.

Reply

thank you

Reply

Bought 1 PF Mascara and 4 W&W eyeliners ($.99). Tampa never gets the PF coupons. Used 3 $1/1 W&W and $4/$12 cosmetics. Paid $5.96, rec’d $6 ECB. Started to warn cashier she may have to adjust one of the W&W cpns but it never beeped so….

Reply

Woo hoo!

Reply

is it only today the 4$ off coupon is gonna print or even tomorrow i can print it??

Reply

I think its going to print all week. usually these do these all week.

Reply

It will print whenever you go in this week :) Probably only one time though.

Reply

For the 3rd deal, since the Milani requires a $10 purchase 7.98 is not going to produce the eb; you’d need to spend a total $2 more to get it.

Reply

I was thinking I missed something

Reply

ohhh, I just noticed that too! DARN!

Reply

Oops! Not sure how I missed that one.. fixing now!

Reply

We don’t get SS in our area, always makes me sad :(

Reply

We didn’t get it in Madison, WI. Unfortunately, we get almost none of the beauty coupons :( Look for a local site that posts which coupons you receive.

For those of us who didn’t get the Wet N Wild coupons, the CG Glosstinis are a good substitute for the suggestion! You pay $1.34 each instead of $1.50 each and you’ll earn more towards your beauty bucks :)

Reply

Thanks for the idea!

Reply

No problem!

Reply

I couldn’t find $1.00/1 Physicians Formula Product, excludes trial size from SS 8/18 (exp 11/30)

Reply

I couldn’t find it either..

Reply

This one is usually pretty regional :(

Reply

cvs takes competitor coupons from target and rite aid. right now there is a coupon on the rite aid website for the eye extravaganza that you can print up and use at cvs. :)
