I have a very important question. Well its important to me lol If i make a purchase and get a catalina or register reward, since i used my rewards card. Is walgreens like cvs that i have to use it with the same card or can it be given to another member of the family for savings?

  3. Denise says:

I have the $5/2 and the $2/1 AND two printed catalinas from a previous purchase, can I use the catalinas to make the price cheaper? Will my $3.00 still print from this purchase?

    • Kayla Morgan says:

as long as the two printed catalinas you already have are not Loreal products then yes you can.

I’m new to this and I have a question…… I bought the scope mouth wash and crest toothpate and got RR on both. I know if I use those RR on another transaction of scope and crest toothpaste I will not get another RR at the end of the transaction but I want to use them next week….. How do you keep track of the RR???? I have over $20 in RR and they are all P & G… Is it that I cant use the P&G RR on other P&G items without losing the RR that I would get at the end of that transaction?????

    • Kayla Morgan says:

yes, you are correct. you can’t use a P&G RR to buy another P&G product or you will not get the RR on the prduct you are purchasing. FOr example:

Buy 1 Crest Toothpaste, get a $2 RR

      Buy 1 Pantene get a a $2RR

If you pay for the crest with the pantene RR the crest RR will NOT print and vice versa. Since they are both P&G products. The products must be a different company so you could buy COlgate with a crest RR and still get the Colgate RR since they are different companies.

Hope this makes sense, took me a while to figure out rolling RR at walgreens and many EPIC FAILURES!

    Yey!
Also Sept 8 Only (Last Day of Catalina Deal), Cottonelle Bath Tissue will be on Sale for $3.99 each! So if you still have leftover coupons, it will be the same price as last month, $2.49 after the Catalina and $0.50/1 Manufacturer’s Coupon. Although no Monthly Savings Book Coupon on it!

Also Huggies Snug&Dry Size 1 and Size 2 will be on sale BOGO 50% off. You can use the $3.00/1 Huggies coupon (42 ct or larger) on these and they will be $5.99 each (I live in So Cal and the Lowest Regular Price was $11.99 at my local Walgreens). Size 1 has 50 Diapers in it, $0.12 a diaper, and Size 2 has 42 diapers in it, $0.14 a diaper)

    • crunch103 says:

Is that cheap?? Sorry, I’m new to couponing. I usually get my bath tissue at Costco.

      • RenDeals says:

Last month KCL put a Stock Up Symbol next to the price. $0.21 per roll. If Cottonelle is your Preferred Brand, Stock Up.

I am new to coupons too but if your not picky on brand used their are great deals!! Usually you can get toilet paper free! I got 8- 4 packs free last week at safeway had on sale .99 cents for 4 pack had $.25 coupon off and safeway had coupons worth $1 so they were all free! (had to do 2 seperate trans. as 4 per transaction.) Good Luck!

      • We think most deals on toilet paper are better than nothing! It can get so expensive!

    • Nice deals, RenDeals!

Last week I went to the brand new store in Plaistow, NH and the catalina didn’t work and no one working there didn’t even know what a catalina was! Also my Almay RR didn’t print out and of course i was rolling them with the cottonelle. The manager price adjusted the 3 pkgs of cottonelle i bought but then the catalina didn’t print for the cottonelle. the manager couldn’t do anything about it cause it wasn’t in the ad. I should have just returned it all since those were the only coupons i had! Won’t be going back to that Walgreens for at least a year, maybe by then they will have it all corrected and know what a catalina is!

  13. Sam says:

Can you buy multiples of three & roll the catalina to get more catalina?

This is awesome! My local Walgreens gives University employees an extra 15% off on Tuesdays. So, I’ll be getting a moneymaker deal. Woohoo!
