Did Anyone Else Get This Email from CVS?

Sorry not sure where else to post this…did anyone else get this email? Not sure if it was a fake or real thing. Email said it was from CVS, to complete a 10 minute survey and you would be awarded $5EB. I figured I would go through with the survey and if it asked any personal questions, I would know it was a fake and exit out. The survey only asked me about my curbside survey experience. At the end, it did email me a link to get the $5EB. The link looks exactly like when I print out % coupons or $ off for spending $$ coupons, with the exception that it doesn’t list the last 4 digits of my extracare number anywhere on the reward. I just don’t want to go do a transaction and get told it’s a fake or get looked at like I’m trying to make fake EB’s 🙁
