I <3 Drugstore Buys!

PL_saves

Before I started couponing, I rarely shopped at Drugstores (CVS, RiteAid, Walgreens) because I always thought they were much pricier than Walmart or Target. But since I’ve started couponing, I LOVE shopping at drugstores! I think they are the better places to shop for toiletries and other household items.

Today I shopped at CVS and RiteAid.

CVS:
I started off with $4 ECBs
I scanned my rewards card at the coupon machine and a coupon printed out for 25% off total purchase.. SWEET!

What I Bought:
(2) Crest Mouthwash 1L – $13.98
(buy $10 worth of Crest products, receive $5 ECB, limit 2)
(1) Tampax Radiant Tampons – $3.99
(buy any Tampax or Always Radiant product, get $2 ECB, limit 1)

Coupons Used:
(2) $0.25/1 Crest Mouthwash
(1) $1/1 Tampax Radiant Tampons
25% off coupon (which took off $3.50)
$4 ECB

Total Before Coupons: $17.97 (not including tax)
Paid OOP: $10.24 (including tax)
Received: $5 ECB from Crest and $2 ECB from Tampax

Rite Aid:
I started off with $10 UP+

What I Bought:
(2) Stayfree Pads – $6.00
(buy 2 Stayfree products, receive $3 UP+ limit 4)
(1) Tampax Radiant Tampons – $3.99
(buy any Tampax or Always Radiant product, get $2 UP+, limit 2)
(1) Always Radiant Infinity Pads – $3.99
(buy any Tampax or Always Radiant product, get $2 UP+, limit 2)
(1) Snicker’s Egg – $0.39 (used as filler)

Coupons Used:
(1) $2/2 Stayfree Pads
(1) $1/1 Tampax Radiant Tampons
(1) $1/1 Always Radiant Pads
$10 UP+

Total Before Coupons: $14.37 (not including tax)
Paid OOP: $1.40 (including tax)
Received: $3 UP+ from Stayfree. $2 UP+ from Tampons, and $2 UP+ from Always Pads

Grand Total before coupons: $32.34
Total Paid OOP: $11.64

**Not the best savings I’ve done, but I’m still excited because my family only uses Crest mouthwash AND I bought the “good brand” of feminine products ;)**

Never miss a coupon, deal or freebie again!
