If you’re tired of drinking the same old, uninspired coffee at home, there’s good news for you: the pancake chain IHOP has teamed up with Kraft Heinz to offer their own signature coffee for home brewing. This means you can enjoy the same rich and smooth blend that IHOP has been serving for more than 60 years right in the comfort of your own kitchen. Instead of settling for your normal K-Cup go-to’s, why not add a little taste of IHOP to your morning cup?

The only downside is this IHOP-branded coffee doesn’t come with a side of pancakes. All the more reason to keep our trusty IHOP hacks handy.

IHOP teamed up with Heinz to bring IHOP coffee to grocery stores.

IHOP coffee and K-cups in a shopping cart

This is the first time IHOP has ever offered their own branded coffee, so this is big news for lovers of the pancake chain.

Though the news was first announced in February 2023, back then Kraft Heinz said the new IHOP coffee partnership would launch in April. But we’re already seeing the new products on Kroger shelves as of late March 2023.

The Maxwell House brand (also owned by Kraft Heinz) will now have some competition on grocery store shelves alongside other retail coffee offerings from Dunkin’, McCafe, and Starbucks.

Choose from three IHOP coffee flavors — Signature Blend, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, and Buttery Syrup.

Right no their coffee comes in three flavors: Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Signature Blend, and Buttery Syrup.

They’re available in a ground version and a K-Cup version for $7.99 each at Kroger. Hopefully, we’ll see some IHOP coupons soon.

Here’s where to buy IHOP’s coffee right now and how much you’ll pay:

As we mentioned, we’ve already spotted the IHOP brand of coffee at Kroger for $7.99. The K-Cup box includes 10 cups, which comes out to $0.80 per cup. The prepackaged coffee grounds are a better deal, as you get 12 ounces of grounds that can brew about 17 cups of coffee on average, which comes out to just $0.47 per cup.

How does it compare to the coffee at IHOP?

IHOP’s online menu shows a cup of coffee is $3.49, so it’s certainly cheaper to brew your own cup with this option from the grocery store. But then you miss out on the pancakes.

As to the taste, we know the coffee at actual IHOP restaurants is made from Royal Cup Coffee. It’s still a mystery if IHOP’s coffee-at-home products are sourced from Royal Cup Coffee, too.

TIP: While it’s not pancakes, you can get IHOP Blueberry and Syrup Flavored Breakfast Cereal at Walmart.
