Over 40 million kids have participated since 2007 in this popular program. Registered kids have the opportunity to enjoy two free games of bowling every day during the spring and summer months.
Available at more than 1,500 bowling centers around the world, this program is designed to give back to the community and provide a safe and fun activity for kids of all ages. Register for Kids Bowl Free today and let the good times roll (literally).

Find a bowling center near you.
To get started, you’ll need to find a participating bowling center near you. There are over 1,500 centers that participate in the Kids Bowl Free program. Use the center finder at KidsBowlFree.com to find a participating location closest to you. Once you’ve selected your nearest center, you can begin the registration process. Some centers have not yet opened their registration, but enter your email to get an alert when you can register.

Click to register your kids and you’re taken to a sign-up page that lists the center’s dates and times for free kids’ bowling. Centers also list their age requirements and any other important terms and conditions on the registration page. Once you enter all of your information and click to register, you’ll have an account on KidsBowlFree.com. This gives you the ability to add family passes (more on that below) at any time during the duration of your center’s free bowling season.
After registration, Kids Bowl Free will email you coupons each week. Present the coupons at your local bowling center and relax while your kids enjoy two free games of bowling every day, all summer long.
Shoe rentals are included at some bowling centers.
Some bowling centers also throw in free shoe rentals for kids with the Kids Bowl Free program, which is a total score. But other centers require you to pay for shoe rental. Call ahead to see if your bowling center offers free shoe rentals along with the Kids Bowl Free coupon. This way you won’t encounter any surprise fees.

Get an optional Family Pass to enjoy bowling all spring and summer with your kids.
There’s also an optional Family Pass that parents can use to enjoy discounted bowling with their children. The family pass allows up to four adults to get two free games all summer long during Kids Bowl Free hours for a one-time payment. Prices for the family pass start at $34.95. Family passes are designed to be used with your children. But you can contact your local center to see if you can use the family passes without kids present for two free games of adult-only bowling. The family pass is completely optional and not required for your kids to enjoy their free bowling.
Bowl for free on National Bowling Day, August 10, 2024.
Each year, bowling alleys nationwide celebrate National Bowling Day, the second Saturday of August, with discounts and promotions. Although we don’t have specifics yet on this year’s National Bowling Day, which will be on Saturday, August 10, 2024, we found a few past deals that may return this year. In the past, AMF offered several promotions, including two free games and a two hour All-You-Can-Bowl coupon when you signed up to be an MVB REWARDS member. We also found GoBowling.com offered one free game of bowling for National Bowling Day. Last year, Bowlero held a $500 gift card giveaway for four Instagram followers.
