We’re working from home instead of in our offices, we’re running small business from our living rooms, and we’re teaching class to our children in the kitchen. Best Buy has created new procedures to make sure staying connected is not a problem.

Best Buy hours
Best Buy stores are closed to shoppers. You may still shop using the Best Buy app or through BestBuy.com. You can place orders for delivery or for contactless Curbside Pickup from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Senior shopping hours
Since stores are not open to shoppers, no designated senior shopping time is in place. Seniors and at-risk customers should use Best Buy’s delivery or contactless Curbside Pickup services.

Best Buy supply and shopping limits
No specific shopping limits are in place at this time.
Supply restocks
If you’re wondering when deep freezer chests are going to be restocked at Best Buy, they can’t tell us.
Inventory levels and restocks can’t be discussed over the phone, so the best way to know when deep freezers, or anything else you need, become available again is to keep checking BestBuy.com and with KCL.
Returns
Purchases made March 1 through April 15 have an extended return period through April 29, excluding items purchased with a third-party contract.
Plus, returns and exchanges can now be accepted through Curbside Pickup. Just bring your return with proof of purchase and an ID to a Best Buy location. Once you arrive, give them a call to let them know you’d like to make a return or exchange.

Best Buy pickup and delivery
Best Buy has transitioned all business to be done virtually through the app or online ordering. To make things as easy and safe as possible for shoppers, they have really ramped up delivery and pickup methods.
Pickup
Place an order for free, contactless Best Buy Curbside Pickup in three easy steps:
- Select “Use Curbside Pickup” when placing your order on the Best Buy app or through BestBuy.com. You’ll get an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Get a confirmation email with instructions on where to park and how to let Best Buy know you’ve arrived.
- Let your store know you’ve arrived for pickup by following the directions in your confirmation email. An employee will place items in your car, making the process completely contactless.
Delivery
Get doorstep delivery for appliances, large TVs, and exercise equipment Monday – Saturday, and get free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more.
Note that Best Buy can leave items at your door, or in an open garage for your convenience. To ensure everyone’s safety, appliance installation, haul-away, and recycling services are temporarily closed. If you have any existing delivery and installation appointments, someone will be in touch to reschedule.

Best Buy jobs and staffing
Best buy hasn’t made any specific changes to hiring at this time. Anyone can apply for open listings by visiting the Best Buy careers page.
As for their existing employees, Best Buy has asked them to come to work on a voluntary basis. Those who decide to continue working will get a temporary pay increase. Anyone feeling sick, exposed to confirmed coronavirus cases, or who needs to be home to care for children is asked to stay home with regular pay.
