How do we make our prediction?

We’ve been tracking the Friends & Family sale for years now, and Kohl’s has it quite often: six times during the year. Expect two sales in the spring, two sales in summer, and two sales in the fall. (It doesn’t happen between mid-December and mid-March.) The sales typically last for five days, but have gone as long as 17 days. We predict a five-day sale in April, matching last year’s timing and duration.

Like most Kohl’s sales, the savings don’t end with the advertised percentage off. You’ll also rack up some nice Kohl’s Cash based on how much you spend.

During every Friends and Family sale, you’ll earn $10 Kohl’s Cash for every $50 you spend in a single transaction, either online or in store. The only catch is that you can’t spend your Kohl’s Cash until the current earning period ends and the next redemption period begins.
