Is your family hitting the road for one last summer getaway this Labor Day weekend? If so, two chain restaurants are offering “Kids Eat Free” promotions you’ll want to keep in mind. Bob Evans Restaurants, which operates 570 restaurants in the Midwest, North Atlantic and southern United States, is offering a printable coupon good for one kids meal for every adult entree purchased. The coupon is good through September 5, 2011. (use zip 44041 and sort by Restuarant) Drink and dessert, if desired, tax and gratuity are additional.

Need a good reason to stop at IKEA this weekend? (Any reason is a good reason to stop at IKEA!!) The Swedish furniture and housewares retailer with 37 stores throughout the United States is offering a free child’s meal to every child under 12 September 3-5, 2011 at the cafe inside the store. No purchase is necessary. You don’t have to buy an adult meal–or even a sofa. The meal includes a choice of three entrees plus a drink.
