Bottom line cost: The cost will vary based on how many meals you choose to receive in your first box. The best price per serving is to get 14 or 18 meals at $6.75 each, but all boxes will be 50% off for your first delivery.
What will I receive and when? You'll receive fully-prepared meals with fresh ingredients straight to your door. You can set up a delivery date that works for you, but the delivery dates available vary by zip code.
Do I need to cancel? Yes, Factor is a subscription service, so you'll need to cancel if you don't want to receive further shipments. To do so, follow these steps:
Log into your account.
Click on the person icon (desktop or laptop) or horizontal lines (phone or tablet) in the top righthand corner of the page.
Click on "Settings" — this should take you to the "Plan Settings" page.
Scroll down to the Status section and click "Deactivate My Plan."
Deactivating your plan will skip your deliveries indefinitely.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Anyway."
