What page is it on? I have the insert but can’t find the coupon anywhere. It’s in the same insert where the $1 Heinz Vinegar coupon was right?

  2. I used my $3 off coupon at Crest on SW 104th this past Saturday.  They have the 20 Ct boxes for $2.97.  They have to mark down the coupons but I was able to score 18 free!

At my Rite Aid I found Bayer regular strength 24 ct normally 3.99 for 75% off making it only 99 cents. I used my 3.00 off coupon so it was a 2.01 money maker….woo hoo, my first one!!!!

I stacked my $3 manufacturer coupon with a $2 Target coupon on a bottle of Bayer aspirin that was $4.49 which gave me a nice little 51 cent overage that came in handy for other items.

I had 6 coupons that I used on Saturday for the regular bayer 81 mg (not the chewable) and was able to use all of them.  They were $2.99 each and I didn’t realize until afterwards that they also ran BOGO 50% off…..the system took the overage!!!!  I was wondering why I didn’t have to use a RR that I had….was a great trip.

I had to pay 19 cents at my Walgreens because it was $3.19.  The area I live in does this purposely so they make something on an item.  I bought something else at Ralph’s and the products were supposed to have peelable coupons which would make the item free…those were all peeled off and I’ve heard the manager tell employees before to peel them because they want to make a profit and not give things away for free even though the coupon is purposely attached.  SE Riverside is not the place to shop.

What a ridiculous viewpoint.  Makes no sense since coupons are reimbursed.  ignorance just sucks =/

I’ve noticed that the prices vary, depending on your area. The Walgreens close to me has the prices I report while the one across town is usually $0.10-$0.30 higher. Try calling around your area and see if this is the case for you!

My Walgreens will not take a coupon even if it’s $0.01 more than the product price :(

    • Leyialenn says:

Krogers would not take them either for the same reason.

I’m not familiat with Kroger because I don’t have one around where I live but, have you checked their coupon policy?  Sometimes cashiers and managers don’t know their coupon policy and might be telling ou something that’s not true…

    • Reesemonkey12 says:

They allow it…print Walgreens coupon policy and go back…
http://www.walgreens.com/topic/generalhelp/coupon_policy_main.jsp        under MULTIPLE COUPONS…they reduce coupon value. Hope this is helpful

ask to speak to a manager because my walgreens said the same thing, but the manager over-rode the system and lowered the price of the coupon. They did the same thing to me over the Ivory soap.

I don’t know where you all live, but all Walgreens generally run on the same system. They should honor your coupon, however, if you’re only buying that product and walking out of the store for free, you might need to buy a filler. Like a small piece of candy or something. I usually go the clearance section and find something for .25 cents and the coupon will take. Also they will adjust the coupon.

    • Anonymous says:

Make sure you have their policy handy! It specifically states that they will reduce the coupon to the price of the item.

    • Anonymous says:

Talk  to a manager because it’s stated in their coupon policy that they need to adjust the value of the coupon if it exceeds the value of the product…  It’s happened to me that the cashier would tell me that I can’t use the Q, but then I let jer know the policy and she would call the manager and then he/she adjusts it for the cashier… HTH… ;)

    • Aisha says:

I contacted Walgreens (not the local one) and asked them specifically about the coupon policy section that says,
In the event that any item’s selling price is less than the value of the coupon, Walgreens will only accept the coupon in exchange for the selling price of the item. Coupon redemption can never exceed the selling price of an item and no cash back is ever provided in exchange for any coupons.
And they confirmed that they WILL accept the coupons, but they will NOT allow overage. I made sure I had the confirmation in an email and printed it out in case I run into problems.

Walmart has those for 2.22 meaning you make .78 cents per box you buy!

    • Vicky says:

Good luck on finding them at Walmart! Since the coupon has been released I have not seen them in stock…

      • Deandra says:

It took me 2 walmarts & a week to find them but I eventually got 21 boxes. Making myself 16.38

  9. Colerfamily06 says:

Will they allow you to use he overage for other purchases?

    • Anonymous says:

Walgreens policy states that they will adjust the coupon down. I have heard that some stores don’t, so you can always ask your local store!
