  1. I had problems at target with this coupon the cashier told me that I could not use them on the travel sizes. I pointed out to her that the coupon does not state that, then she told me that the coupon was above the value of the item so I still cannot use them and I let her know that she could adjust the price if necessary. She rang them through and the scanned. Them she decided to void the transaction and send me to customer service where that cashier just scanned and let me go. A little frustrating.

I got my free clean and clear. Also, this was my first real time using coupons in such a large quatity. I set up my binder yeaterday. Had been researching coupons and deals all week. I have been unemployed for three months, and told the spouse, I can save more money doing this.
I went in Target today, with list and coupons, only shopped the list and coupons!! Saved $40.00 on $123.00, great for my first time I think!!!

Congratulations on your new couponing lifestyle! Sounds like you have got it all figured out : )

    • Fanniesyouraunt says:

I forgot to mention, I dug dug dug through the trial size buns, I had been there the day before to scope it out……and the day I shopped, it was magic!! It appeared!!!!!! I found the one Cean and Clear left…it was mine!!!!

  3. krazzycouponing says:

Will it be back on the website ??!

  4. krazzycouponing says:

I don’t see it on the website :(

  5. RC says:

went to get this today and they only had 2 left and they were both half empty :( maybe next week….

  6. Jakerobyn987 says:

Im not seeing the clean and clear coupon on that website?

  7. savingkilgores says:

went on earlier and had to leave before printing off coupon…just went online again and it’s not there now. :(

  8. Thoovercountry says:

I used mine at Wal-Mart today with no problem.

  9. Ami says:

In the 7/29 RP insert there are 1.50 off any clean and clear product on mine it says excludes TRIAL size, but not TRAVEL. So if you have them at your walmat like some mentioned, you’d get some decent overage.

BTW.. the way I got the two free full size bottles of Clear was because earlier there was a free sample offer for the shampoo and conditioner.  I never got the samples but Unilever still sent me the survey to fill out.  I called them and said although I’d like to fill out the survey I never got the samples so I can’t.  They said they couldn’t send me the samples but would send some coupons for their Unilever products instead.  I said ok.  When I got the envelope in the mail it had a bunch of Unilever coupons… and two coupons for FREE shampoo or conditioner. They surprised me!    I was able to get the full size of each for free!  Try it!  Maybe they’ll do the same for you.

Way to go! A little work paid off big time for you : )

    • Chloe says:

You called them on the phone? Or emailed them?

      • tonithetiger02 says:

Through KKL I saw you could get free samples of Clear Shampoo.  I asked for the samples but never got it.  Unilever makes the shampoo.  They sent me a survey in my email asking what I thought of the shampoo.  It had a phone number in it to call if I had questions. (1-800-298-5018 Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time.)  So I called and talked to a representative and told her I never got samples that I requested.. I would like to fill out the survey but I can’t.  She said they couldn’t send me the samples but could send some coupons for some money off Unilever products.  When I opened the envelope there were two coupons with the holograph lines on the back (you know those are the BIG DEAL coupons when you see that).  When I flipped them over they said they were good for a free Clear hair care product of my choice.  So technically you don’t have to get the shampoo and conditioner.. but that’s what I wanted.
          Good luck!

Hi, I’m new!  Already I’ve managed to get FREE Clean shampoo and conditioner (Unilever) full size bottles, Free Oscar Mayer deli meat, Free Silk and three Free birthday cards .. just from watching what you all do.   I’m hoping this Target deal works for me.  I live in Hawaii where all the prices are usually higher than the mainland.  So I can’t really always count on the quote that is given on here to be the same at my stores here but it’s worth a try!

I had issues with target getting this deal

  13. Pugcrazy says:

I tried to get this deal at Target today.  They could not get the coupon to scan & would not enter it manually.  I just had them take it off & I’ll get it at Walmart later.

I found out today in one of the targets I go to today there are not allowed to override coupons anymore.

      • Anonymous says:

I’m sure that’s one of the make up policy things employees usually say because there’s no update on the coupon policy…  :-/

        • Anonymous says:

I agree. Many people at target just make things up cause they feel like it. Another target told me they had to charge me and extra 50 cents just so I can use this coupon.

          • Anonymous says:

My mom is right now at Target trying to return 2 detergents she doesn’t want anymore (better deal at CVS) and the manager told her he has to refund the whole amount to a gift card.  I don’t think this is right because the coupon policy states that “the coupon value may be returned in the form of a Target Gift Card”, not the whole amount!  Does anyone know anything about this?  TIA…

    • Jenessa says:

It wouldnt scan for me at target either but they even tried to enter the barcode manually and it still didnt work. A manager came and manually entered something in to take the dollar off though so i dunno why it didnt work. Also it says one coupon per person but i used two. Guess my target doesnt pay attention.

  14. If you have a $3 off when you purchase $20 of beauty products coupon, can this be used in conjunction with other target coupons? I searched in their coupon policy but there wasnt anything.

  15. Missskyesmommy says:

So I printed out both my coupons neither of them had pictures on them.. Does anyone know if the stores will still take them. Thank you!

    • SlinnAnna says:

Yes, I always print in black and white which means the pictures never print and i have never had an issue. Actually sometimes it helps because some  cashiers get nervous if the picture on the coupon does not exactly match the item regardless of what is written on there.

  16. Cynthia says:

Walmart has  these 1oz Clean & Clear in the travel section for .97 cents. It’s a money maker !!!

  17. Anonymous says:

Good luck… I’ve been searching for these for 3 days now.  EVERY target AND walmart in my area are totally cleared.  :(……

Oh well….the Q is good for a while, eventually someone will restock them :

  18. Dmmfoster says:

This will actually let you print two per computer and then it removes the item for printing.

  19. Jacksonyo says:

I went to Target and could not find these.

    • Anonymous says:

Neither could I.  I will probably use the coupon at CVS if I can find them there.

    • Imona Budget says:

      You checked the Travel(trial) section….?

    • Anonymous says:

Did you check the travel section? At my Target, it’s located in a completely different area from the skin care items. If you can’t find them at Target, search at Walmart, and there have been reports of CVS carrying them as well. Good luck!

  20. Fitzgeraldej4 says:

Would buying two of these get you the free tote at Target?

    • Anonymous says:

I was just wondering that myself. I checked on the clean and clear website under promotions it has the tote deal and it does not say anything about sizes. I would assume so, but I would check the sign at target. If it does not restrict sizes I don’t see why not.

    • Jenessa says:

It doesnt say anything about sizes, i would bring in the clipping from the newspaper where it says you get one for free and im sure they will give it too you.

  21. Mstrandb says:

Target cashiers are rated by the register on how efficiently they complete a transaction. Look for the big “G” on the screen when you are done checking out. This can be beneficial – as the cashiers would rather not have to investigate each coupon issue (if a discrepancy occurs).

  22. Kim_gaziano says:

I was able to print 2 coupons but now the coupon is gone.  Does this happen often?  I am a new couponer

  23. Stacy says:

I was able to use this at my Kroger – they had Astringent on clearance for $1.04.  4 cents for full size product is great to me!

  24. Catsyrebry says:

is it already gone?  What zip code?

  25. Sin says:

    I agree!!!

  26. Anonymous says:

Walmart has these for 97 cents and you get the overage!  CVS has these for 99 cents! :)

  27. As good as this deal sounds, my Target fights me to much when it comes to travel-size items. =(

    • K3 says:

Mine usually doesn’t but it usually depends on the item! What Target?

      • janinefromcali says:

my target didn’t have the trial size, i was bummed.  I was mostly bummed because i didn’t get the cute clean and clear bag they were offering for buying two of their product.  I wonder if walmart has the bags?

    • I usually have so many coupons at my target that they hardly ever even look at them, they just try to scan them as fast as they can. I had 30-35 coupons one time, one for each item, the girl laid them all out on her counter so they weren’t in a stack and scanned through them so fast I couldn’t even pull out my wallet and get into my cash and change before she was done. My target is always so busy though that I’m sure they don’t want to make a huge line for themselves and then have their front end managers yell at them.

      • Anonymous says:

yeah they do this to me too at my Target except watch them like a hawk… one time I had a bunch and the cashier scanned them really fast and at one point she needed to enter in something in the computer and just kept scanning and they weren’t being entered. Then she realized her mistake but just tried to cram them in her drawer. I said something and she rescanned a few but still missed some but she insisted they were all in. I had to go complain at customer service to get my full reimbursement.

        • Anonymous says:

I know the feeling…  Happened to  me once but since then I have my eyes on the screen and her hand (don’t ask me how I do it…lol…) and I let her know when the screen requires for her to enter something or simply click “enter” (I assume that’s what they click to let them go through :-P)…

          • newbienush says:

I’m a newbie and thought I was the only who’s gone through this. On one of my first shopping trips to Target, the cashier scanned items twice, messed our coupons up, my husband and I were trying to keep our baby from crying o we werent paying much attention, now we know better!

            • Anonymous says:

It’s funny that we have been commenting about this because last saturday I went to Target by myself and among all the things I bought, I got 2 packs of Gold ‘n Plum chicken, which had $2.00 Target Qs on them.  I also had 2 $0.75 MQs.  Anyway, I told the cashier while unloading the shopping cart:  “Please don’t forget to scan the coupons that are on the chicken packages”.  She said (with an attitude): “I already did”.  Today I decided to cook the chicken and had that hunch and checked my receipt and guess what!  One of the $2.00 TQ hadn’t been scanned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Ugggggghhhhhhhh…  I think next time I’m gonna remove them from the package and have them with the rest of my Qs or put that at the end when I can see…  Oh well…

        • Imona Budget says:

This is why I either hand them to them one at a time….Or I count them, give them to them, telling them the number, and then I check my receipt for the number….

          • Anonymous says:

Last week at Walmart, my cashier had apparently never seen a coupon and I had a pile of them. He was dropping them like trash everywhere, not scanning them all and crumpling them as he went. Good thing I had counted and totaled so I knew what was the final price change was supposed to be? The kicker – he put then in a bag and offered them BACK to me at then of the transaction. I was shocked! I told him where to store them, saying he would be out of balance by $40, and suggested he ask a coworker what to do. Poor guy may not last if this is all the training they plan to give him.

            • Anonymous says:

I’m glad that you were able to help him out! : )

            • Anonymous says:

For what I’ve read, unfortunately Walmart doesn’t train or pay their employees the right way…  What a shame!!!  Such a big company…

            • RC says:

haha he tried to give them back to you. thats hilarious.

    • I know what you mean….I’ve started cashier profiling at Target.

    • Ashleydblake21 says:

My Target aswell :) They will argue with me, but I usually win.

    • Bummed says:

plus as good as this deal sounds it does not even worth the gas money to target because it’s an inch tall container half filled so I was embarassed to go to check out with them, ladies it’s time to draw the line with deals i guess

      • Anonymous says:

I guess you don’t have to drive exclusively for this but if you are already there, might as well take advantage of the deal! ;)
