How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your Binge account and click your profile icon. Then go to "My Account." Under Subscription & Billing, click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts. Make sure to finish the quick survey (they won't process your cancellation unless you complete it). You should get an email confirmation right after.
Heads up: cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged again. And if you don’t see the cancel button or run into any issues, try using the live chat on their site or email complaints@binge.com.au.
