More and more, I have started paying closer attention to the messages that the brands I buy from are sending to their audience. And Dove is one of those brands. Since starting their body positivity movement in 2004, I have noticed all the ways Dove has helped young women with their campaign. For example, after learning that 41% of girls are quitting sports because of body image issues, Dove is helping young female athletes feel more confident about their bodies with new resources and messaging.

CVS is getting behind these efforts, too: Now through Feb. 10, CVS is offering up to 44% off on Dove products. Read on to find out all the reasons why I'm stocking up on my favorite Dove items at CVS.

1. Right now, Dove products are BOGO 50% at CVS and you'll get $2 ExtraBucks rewards when you buy two.

Now through Feb. 10, you can save up to 66% on Dove products at CVS. Select Dove body wash, body scrub and body foam products, hair care, hand soap, and deodorant products are buy one get one 50% off this week at CVS. You'll also receive $2 ExtraBucks rewards when you buy two, which is like getting $2 off your next CVS transaction.

To top it all off, there's a $5 coupon available when you buy two 20-ounce Dove Body Wash products. That brings the price for two bottles down to just $5.74 (reg. $16.98). You'll also find a coupon for a free Dove Men+ Care body wash when you buy one Dove body wash product (excluding trial and travel sizes) in your Sunday newspaper insert on Jan. 28.

Plus, you can get two bottles of Dove Hand Wash for $3.12 each. Compare that to what you'd pay at Target, where each bottle costs $5.39. To access these savings, be sure to scan your CVS ExtraCare card at checkout, or give the store clerk your cell phone number to look up your account.

2. Dove & CVS are helping spread body positivity amongst young female athletes.

Body dissatisfaction is the #1 reason why 41% of girls quit sports by the age of 14. Dove is partnering with parents, coaches and female athletes to share their experiences with body positivity so we can help girls stay in the game. Visit here to learn more and find all the products with the trusted care of Dove to boost their self-esteem.

3. It helps that Dove products have a shelf life of up to three years, so I know I'll use them before they expire.

As long as they're stored at room temperature, Dove beauty bars, haircare, and hand and body washes won't expire until three years after their manufacturing date. Because they have active ingredients, antiperspirant deodorants and dandruff shampoos have a shelf life of two years after they were manufactured. Since my family goes through personal care items in about a month, I never have to worry about Dove products expiring before they're used.
