The 2025 Summer Blizzard menu has two newbies and three returning faves.

The Dairy Queen summer Blizzard menu arrived on March 31, 2025. We're seeing two new flavors along with three returning favorites — including the fan-voted return of the S'mores Blizzard.

Here are all the new and returning flavors on the Dairy Queen Summer Blizzard menu:

• NEW Mixing Bowl Mashup Blizzard: DQ soft serve with a mix of brownie batter and chocolate chip cookie dough swirled throughout

• NEW Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard: Soft serve with cheesecake pieces, chocolate chunks, and strawberry topping

• Confetti Cake Blizzard: Vanilla soft serve with pieces of birthday cake and confetti sprinkles

• S’mores Blizzard: Marshmallow-filled chocolate bars and graham cracker crunch

• Cotton Candy Blizzard: Cotton candy sprinkles blended with vanilla soft serve

Dairy Queen app users have an offer for $0.85 small Blizzards (with a $1 purchase) through April 6. Why $0.85? DQ is celebrating the year the Blizzard was created: 1985. This is one of the best food deals happening in April. In the past, we've seen BOGO Blizzards to celebrate the summer menu launch, but tbh, this is a way better deal at 80% off. This one-time-use offer is available only in the DQ app.

How much do Summer Blizzards cost regularly?

This is my favorite part. Summer Blizzards cost the same as classic Blizzards. You won’t pay any extra for these seasonal, limited-time flavors. Here’s what to expect based on prices in 2025. They've gone up for the small, medium, and large sizes by $0.20 in my area since last year.

The bigger sizes of Blizzards are the best value per ounce.

The price per ounce increases as the sizes get smaller. So grab a large Blizzard and share it with a friend. You’ll each pay $3.05 ($0.94 less than the mini price) and get 10.5 ounces apiece (4.5 ounces more than the mini).

How long is the Summer Blizzard Menu available?

There aren’t official dates for when the Dairy Queen summer Blizzards end, but we expect it to happen at the end of August based on prior years. 

Depending on your Dairy Queen location, they might still have the supplies to create your favorite summer Blizzard flavor after August, but there’s no guarantee.
