Transaction #1:
I purchased two Haagen-Dazs ice cream bars and received a $1.25/2 Catalina coupon. This particular coupon seems to only print when you’ve already purchased a Haagen-Dazs product. If the Catalina coupon doesn’t print, mention it to the cashier or store manager.
You’ll then turn around and use the coupon on the second transaction to purchase four Haagen-Dazs products. Since Walgreens’ coupon policy doesn’t allow the use of a coupon on a free item, you’ll need to purchase four altogether (since you’re technically paying for two).

New to Catalina coupons? You’re not alone, since they’re not as common these days. Catalina coupons, usually manufacturer coupons, appear similar to a receipt and they get printed at the end of your transaction. This particular coupon will print when you’ve already purchased a Haagen-Dazs product, which is why I’ve split up this deal into two transactions. Build your confidence in knowing what to do when a Catalina coupon is missing.
