Plenty of restaurants have revamped or created their own rewards program to thank loyal customers. Now Cracker Barrel is hopping on the bandwagon by introducing one, too. According to their latest earnings report, we can expect to hear more news about the Cracker Barrel rewards program in July 2023.
While they haven’t revealed a ton about the program yet, it sounds like there will be opportunities to earn rewards points not only in the restaurant but also in their country store. And who hasn’t been charmed by an unnecessary tchotchke there? Last October, one KCL staffer walked in with her family simply to eat dinner. She walked out with a robotic witch’s broom and more candy than she cares to admit.

You should be able to earn Cracker Barrel Rewards points in-restaurant and in-store.
According to the report, you’ll be able to earn points across both the restaurant and store portions of Cracker Barrel. This means you can pick up rewards points on your meals and those snacks for long road trips.
They haven’t announced how many points you’ll earn at each location yet. We are hoping to hear more news once the beta test begins sometime in July.

Expect to redeem points at both the restaurant and store versions of Cracker Barrel.
