How much can I get in the Similac class action settlement?
Payouts for this class action are small per claimant. Members of the class action can receive a $3 reimbursement per purchased unit of the specified Similac formulas in the settlement for up to 15 units with proof of purchase. This means you’re going to cap out at $45.
If you don’t have proof of purchase, you can file a claim for up to five units for $15.
