Walmart is on an ice cream kick, and I don’t hate it. Spotted in the frozen aisle at Walmart: new Great Value Ice Cream Filled Cupcakes in Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry.
Maybe it’s for the season, or maybe it’s a play on the buzz from Walmart’s limited-time ranch-flavored ice cream. Either way, I’m not complaining. Walmart just mixed my two favorite desserts into one tasty treat.
While you’re shopping for last-minute Walmart Easter basket stuffers, be sure to stop by the freezer aisle. You won’t regret grabbing a pack (or more) of these ice cream-filled cupcakes. I’m thinking about buying them in bulk and serving them at my wedding (seriously).
Here’s the full scoop on Walmart’s latest frozen release:
Pick up a pack of Great Value Ice Cream Filled Cupcakes at Walmart for just $4.97.
Each pack includes four cupcakes and costs $4.97 (or $1.25 per cupcake). So all it takes is $5 to feed your sweet tooth cravings. Or go big and grab all three packs for just $15! We’re seeing these flavors in vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry right now. Each cupcake comes frosted with sprinkles, but as soon as you take that first bite, you’ll get a taste of the ice cream-filled inner core!
You won’t find these on Walmart.com, so head to your local Walmart and look for them in the frozen dessert section.
