Starbucks for Life is back, y'all! Starbucks Rewards members can play this instant-win game through Jan. 5, 2025, for a chance to win one of over 10 million prizes.

Starbucks started Starbucks for Life in 2014, and every year, they offer their Rewards members a chance to win — you guessed it — Starbucks for life. If you're one of five winners lucky enough to score Starbucks for life, you'll get a daily credit in your Starbucks account for one free drink or food item for the next 30 years.

Since we've been seeing fewer Starbucks deals lately, this is a great time to rack up some bonus Starbucks Stars and earn some free Starbucks drinks.

How to Play Starbucks for Life

Join the Starbucks Rewards program to get started. It's free to join, and along with access to the Starbucks for Life game, you also get access to Starbucks Bonus Star promotions — which earn you free coffee and merch.

There are two ways to earn daily entries, and you can earn up to two entries per day.

Once you're a member, log in to your Rewards account and click to play the Starbucks for Life game. It'll alert you if you have any entries for the day, and once you click to enter, you'll unwrap a digital gift box to receive your prize.

You'll earn up to two entries every day by either making a purchase or by using the alternate entry method in the Starbucks app to enter without making a purchase. You will have to fill out a brief questionnaire, though.

Everyone gets a free entry every Friday.

Every Friday for the duration of the game, Starbucks Rewards members get a free play (on top of their daily entry). Mark your calendars to get every freebie you can:

You can earn up to two bonus entries each week.

In addition to the two entries you can earn every day (see above), you can earn additional ones (up to two per week) for completing the following tasks:

Week 1: Make one Qualifying Purchase after noon local time.
Week 1: Redeem 100 Stars.
Week 2: Make one Qualifying Purchase that includes one Venti handcrafted beverage.
Week 2: Link your Marriott Bonvoy and Starbucks Rewards accounts by Dec. 15.
Week 3: Purchase three bakery items within the week.
Week 3: Purchase two handcrafted beverages that can be customized during Week 3.
Week 4: Make one $12 or greater qualifying purchase.
Week 4: Purchase four handcrafted drinks within Week 4 (this'll also earn you a coupon for a free drink).
Week 5: Make one qualifying purchase that includes three handcrafted drinks in the same transaction.
Week 5: Add at least $25 to your account manually or using the auto-reload function.

Just like the daily entries, you can use the alternate entry method in the Starbucks app to earn a bonus entry each week without making a purchase.
