You can grab a Costco membership deal on Groupon starting as low as $15 after factoring in the included digital Shop Card. If you purchase a Gold Star membership for $65, you'll receive a $50 digital Costco Shop Card, which brings your effective cost down to just $15. Or if you opt for the Executive membership at $130, you’ll get a $50 Shop Card, which essentially makes it $80.
With the Executive membership, you'll also get $100 off of an online Costco order of $200 or more and a Costco Travel promo code.
