Kohl's hasn't confirmed their Black Friday in July sale dates yet, but going off of last year's timing, we predict it'll start around July 15. That gives some breathing room between Kohl's Summer Cyber Deals (usually in the beginning of July) and the Kohl's Friends & Family Sale, which we predict will happen later in the month.
