This was the last big sale from Wayfair for the summer. As we head into fall, we expect there will be a big sale in October and then the Wayfair Black Friday sale in November. We predict another Way Day sale on or around Oct. 25, 2023, and then Black Friday deals are predicted to begin on Nov. 22, 2023.

Wayfair hasn’t officially announced the next date for their Labor Day Sale, but based on what they've done in recent years, we here at KCL predict that it’ll take place between Tuesday, Aug. 27, and Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024.
How do we make our prediction?
Wayfair tends to have their Labor Day Sale starting the Tuesday before Labor Day, running through the following Tuesday — the day after Labor Day. Our Aug. 27-Sept. 3, 2024 prediction is based on that pattern.

The Labor Day Sale was the third (and final) summer sale we saw in 2023.
Wayfair hosted an Anniversary Sale event that ran from Aug. 9 – Aug. 15, 2023. Prior to that sale, we saw a 5 Days of Deals event from July 28 – Aug. 1, 2023. In all the summer sales, there were deals up to (and in some cases over) 70% off.
Even with Labor Day discounts of up to 80%, Way Day still offers more deals to shop.
The Labor Day event had up to 80% off select items. But how did this sale stack up to Way Day deals? The truth is that some prices were great, but the number of products on sale was lacking. Yes, we saw deals on a variety of items like decor, furniture, and rugs. But the sheer amount of items on sale during Way Day makes the 48-hour sale better, in our opinion.
So, should you wait until Way Day in October to shop and avoid this Wayfair sale? Not necessarily. If you find something in the upcoming Wayfair sales that piques your interest, we recommend ensuring that you’re getting at least 30% off and grab it. Many deals are over 70% off and that’s the discount we see for Way Day as well. Any deals that are marked 70% – 80% off are worth shopping for right now.
