Wayfair 5 Days of Deals — Will We See Another Sale This Fall?

The Wayfair 5 Days of Deals event started on July 28 and ran through Aug. 1, 2023. We saw over 75% off furniture deals — and shipping was free sitewide on your entire order — no minimum purchase required. Some of the deals that dropped on the first day of the sale were available for 24 hours only, and Wayfair added additional deals to the sale on Aug. 1. Wayfair has hosted a 5 Days of Deals sale twice this year already. Will there be another one? If so, we predict it will happen in October. You’ll also want to keep an eye out for their Labor Day clearance and deals. We predict those discounts to arrive at the end of August and into early September.

We’ve seen the Five Days of Deals sale twice this year… so far.

Wayfair hosted a 5 Days of Deals event back in the spring of this year. Deals began on March 31, 2023, and lasted until April 4. And now the second five days to save took us from July into August. No word yet on whether we’ll see another later this year or not. In 2022, the sale only happened once and it ran in the fall from Oct. 7 – 11, 2022. So if we do see another 5 Days of Deals sale, it will likely be later in the fall.

Shop Way Day-esque prices (up to 70% off), but on fewer items.

The Five Days of Deals sale boasts up to 70% off select items. But we actually found some that were nearly 80% off. But how did this sale stack up to Way Day deals? The truth is that some prices were great, but the number of products on sale is lacking. Yes, we saw deals on a variety of items like decor, furniture, and rugs. But the sheer amount of items on sale during Way Day makes the 48-hour sale better, in my opinion. Does that mean you should wait until Way Day 2024 to shop and avoid the other Wayfair sales? Not necessarily. If you see something in the next five-day sale that piques your interest, ensure that you’re getting a fair discount and go ahead and grab it. Aim to get at least 30% off for true deals. Many deals were over 70% off and that’s the discount we saw for Way Day as well.
