Roughly three times a year, we're graced with a Wayfair 5 Days of Deals event. As the name suggests, it's a 5-day sale with discounts of 50% - 70% off or more. That should be enough to hold you over until the next Way Day, and it’s one of the better Wayfair sales throughout the year. We last saw it in December (unexpectedly) and expect it back in April.

The Wayfair 5 Days of Deals sale happens two or three times a year, with savings of up to 70% (sometimes more).
Essentially it's exactly as the name suggests — five whole days of deals at Wayfair. You can up to 50% - 70% off (and we sometimes find 80% off) during this sale. The event happens at least twice a year (typically in April and August, but sometimes we see a fall and winter sale).
KCL predicts the Next Wayfair 5 Days of Deals will run April 3 - 7.
How do we make our prediction?
This is a bit of an irregular sale for Wayfair. In fact the December sale was unexpected, based on their past timing. Assuming it's not back sooner, we think Wayfair will repeat this sale in April like it did last year.

Tips to Shop the Sale
Ahead of the next 5 Days of Deals, brush up on our favorite Wayfair shopping hacks.
Save more when you buy open-box deals.
If the idea of purchasing a Wayfair open box item (something that was previously purchased and returned to Wayfair) makes you nervous, we get it. However, if it's an item already on sale, you may reap even more savings with an open box option. Know that all open box listings have been fully vetted by Wayfair as being in like-new condition and fully operational.
We usually see about 20% off open box items, with bigger savings on some items. To find all open box listings, type "open box clearance" into Wayfair's search bar.
Filter prices from low to high to see the cheapest deals.
When you're shopping Wayfair, apply filters so that your search turns up prices from low to high. But there's a catch here. Wayfair will list these as the lowest price per piece. So let's say you're looking at drinkware. Your search will likely first show bulk offerings, like a 72-piece glassware set where each drinking glass breaks down to $0.59 each, but the total price is $42.31. In this case you would want to apply a filter from the left-hand side of your screen to determine the "Set Size" you want.
You can get 5% back on your purchases if you're part of Wayfair's (paid) rewards program.
Wayfair's rewards program costs $29 a year. You'll earn 5% back in rewards, meaning it'll take you $580 in spending to earn back that $29 fee. So if you're buying big-ticket items during the 5 Days of Deals sale and go past that $580 mark, it could be worth signing up (especially if you plan to shop Wayfair after the sale, like during Way Day).
