We like shopping Kroger's annual Holiday Candy Sale in December because it's 33% off the lowest marked price, which means the discount gets stacked on top of any current sale prices.
Similar to the Kroger Halloween Candy Sale, there are also no exclusions with their Holiday Candy Sale — meaning every bag or box of candy is eligible for the 33% off deal as long as it's in stock.
