How do I cancel my subscription?
Your Craftsy membership is an annual subscription that will need to be canceled if you decide you no longer want to use it. To avoid being charged $123 for the next year, be sure to cancel your account before the end of your first year. You'll still have access to your content until the expiration date of your original subscription.
To cancel your Craftsy membership, you can contact Craftsy customer service via email at craftsy@program-director.net or by phone at (888) 891-7203, or log into your account and cancel from there.

You can email customer service at any time or call customer service Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Emails are processed the same day within hours, and if it’s over a weekend or holiday, your email will be responded to on the next business day.

When calling or emailing, if you have not been charged yet, the auto-renewal will be removed. Customer service does offer a discounted save option/opportunity. If you have already been charged, Craftsy will refund you the difference if they accept the save offer. If you have already been charged and you just want a refund, the member will receive a full refund if it's within the first 30 days of membership, and after 30 days, you'll receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of days into membership.
