How to get the deal:

Click “Get Started” in the top-right corner. Alternatively, you can pre-check your insurance plan by filling out your information and clicking “Check Your Coverage.”

Select "Let's go" to continue.

Choose your insurance provider, or select “Self-Pay” or “Other,” depending on your needs.

Add your insurance details to continue.

You’ll be prompted to fill out personal information, including birth sex, birthday, name, email address, and phone number.

Choose what care you’re in need of. Options include weight loss, diabetes, gut health, women’s health, eating disorders, and more. If none apply for your needs, select “Other.”

Select any other areas of concern and options where you'd like more support in order to match you with the right dietitian. (Ex: meal planning, sleep, exercise, and more.)

Finally, fill out any additional details about your goals to be shared directly with your dietitian.

You’ll be matched with a dietitian who can support your needs, and you’ll be able to schedule your initial 55-minute session.

How many appointments are covered by my insurance? Nourish claims most patients can receive unlimited visits. If your plan has a visit limit, they will reach out to you via email before your first appointment to notify you.
What is the Nourish Guarantee for billing? The Nourish Guarantee is their commitment to providing a no-surprise billing experience for their customers.
The Nourish Guarantee is the following:

If your insurance gets denied, they won't charge you for any appointments that have already occurred. You get those appointments for free.

If your appointment has a copay or coinsurance, you will not be charged more than your initial estimate for any appointments you’ve had until we learn your real cost. Once they learn your actual copay or coinsurance, you will be immediately notified via email. For future appointments afterwards, you will be charged the full copay or coinsurance amount.

If your appointment goes towards your deductible, they'll offer you two options for any appointments that already took place until that point

You can either pay the deductible and keep doing appointments covered by insurance, or
-
You can choose to not pay it, and they won’t charge you anything for appointments you’ve had. For any future appointments, you’ll need to pay out-of-pocket.

How to cancel your subscription:
Nourish does not require a subscription cancellation, but you must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $75 fee. If you no longer wish to use the service, you can cancel future sessions through their patient portal.
