Walmart Baby Days Sale Is Likely to Return This Fall (With Up to 57% Off)

The semi-annual Walmart Baby Days event is expected to return this September 2024! And if you're looking for low prices on baby clothing, strollers, bouncers, and more, the sale is a must-shop before the holiday season kicks into gear.

Walmart runs this sale twice a year, first in February (for about six weeks) and again in September (for about four weeks). The nice thing about the September sale is that it kicks off around the same time as Target Baby Month, so there's no shortage of baby deals up for grabs.

But since new Walmart deals drop regularly throughout the sale, it's worth checking back weekly to scope out fresh savings. Sometimes we even find Walmart rollbacks online ahead of the event.

Whether you're a parent of three or expecting your first, here's what you need to know about the Walmart Baby Days sale.

Walmart Baby Days is a twice-a-year, multi-week event with deals on baby gear.

Every February and September, Walmart has a six-week sale where they roll out weekly baby deals, with discounts of up to 40% or more on baby clothing, nursery furniture, strollers, car seats, activity centers, baby monitors, and other baby gear. The sale marks down popular brands like Graco, Evenflo, Fisher-Price, and Carter's.

KCL predicts the fall Walmart Baby Days sale will start Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024.

Walmart hasn’t officially announced the next date for their Baby Days event, but based on what they've done in recent years, we here at KCL predict that it’ll take place from Sept. 1 - 30, 2024.

You'll also get another chance to shop this sale next spring, as Walmart typically runs their Baby Days sale in February, too.

How do we make our prediction?

In fall 2023, Walmart started their fall Baby Days event in early September, running through the end of the month. That informs our prediction for fall 2024.

During the most recent Baby Days sale, Walmart had deals on baby clothing, nursery furniture, activity centers and jumpers, and so much more. You could also find a bunch of Walmart toy deals (like Melissa & Doug items for up to 50% off).

It's worth shopping for Walmart baby deals online and in-store, especially since you have a full six weeks to score savings.

I'll shop online over taking a trip to the store any day, so I've mostly stuck to Walmart.com during their Baby Days event. In my experience, there's a bigger selection of on-sale items, and you can easily narrow your search with filters.

But that doesn't mean you should ignore the deals in-store. Walmart store prices and Walmart.com prices are not always equal, and heading to your local Walmart can pay off big during Baby Days.

Check for new deals weekly during the sale.

Walmart drops new discounts every week during their Baby Days event. So, the deals you see at the start of the sale won't stick around for the full six weeks.

That's why it's important to check back for new baby deals every week. Walmart may focus on baby clothing deals one week, but have better deals on strollers and car seats the next week.

Aim to save 40% on Walmart baby clothing.

During the Baby Days event, Walmart drops prices on baby clothing from top brands, like Carter's, Monica + Andy, easy-peasy, and Honest. And you can bank on savings of up to 40% on onesies, dresses, sleep 'n' plays, and more.

For example, during the February 2024 sale, you could buy a six-pack of white baby onesies for $7 (reg. $11.94). That brought the price of each onesie down to just $1.17.
