Target is bringing back free in-store events in 2026, and these aren’t just casual drop-ins. You’ll find free samples, giveaways, kids' activities, and even limited-edition collectibles. Some events last just four hours and happen at every store, while others are touring the country, stopping at one store per state. Since most of these events are completely free and operate on a first-come, first-served basis, supplies can disappear fast. And you don’t need a Target Circle account to participate.

The next event is Oct. 17. Shoppers at most stores can grab FREE Gigglescape stickers between noon and 4 p.m., plus free bouquet-style wrapping when they buy three or more of the new plush flower stems.

ACOTAR fans, Target is also hosting a midnight release party on Oct. 26, and the first 100 guests get a free keychain.

If you want to stretch your weekend budget without spending a dime, these events are worth it. While you’re out couponing at Target, they’re an easy way to score freebies.

Where: Philadelphia Snyder Ave Target in Philadelphia, PA

Explore the new Fan Shop, get tips from professional stylists, and snap a game day outfit photo. You can also get a free Game Day kit with a Fan Shop purchase, while supplies last.

Oct. 25: Threshold Home Styling Event

When: Sunday, Oct. 25
Time: noon - 4 p.m.
Where: Mount Laurel Target in Mount Laurel, NJ

Pick up bed-styling tips during a live demo with a special guest, explore the new Threshold home collection, and take home a curated mood board. Custom embroidery is also offered with select Threshold purchases, while supplies last.

Oct. 26: ACOTAR Midnight Release Party

When: Monday, Oct. 26
Time: 9 p.m. - midnight

The first 100 guests get a free keychain and a ticket to buy A Court of Splintered Harmony at midnight. There's also ACOTAR trivia and Starbucks. Preorder pickup orders won't be ready until the store opens on Oct. 27.
