The Amazon February Baby Sale is a monthlong event with special discounts on baby gear.
Every February, Amazon reserves the entire month for special deals on diapers, wipes, toys, nursery furniture, car seats, strollers, baby care products, and feeding accessories. We’ve seen big discounts on nursery items such as convertible cribs and baby monitors. The monthlong sale rolls out their deals in two 2-week phases. And when you take coupons and Subscribe & Save discounts into account, you can save up to 65% - 70% (or more).
The 2026 Amazon Baby Sale runs Feb. 1 through the end of the month.
We started seeing deals on Feb. 1, and we expect the sale will run the whole month of February, just like it did in 2024 and 2025.
Use Subscribe & Save discounts to get another 5% or 15% off on top of the sale.
Amazon Subscribe & Save is one of the best tricks in the book for getting a discount on top of sale prices on stuff you use and run out of regularly. Instead of placing a single order, you can sign up for auto-shipments of things like diapers, diaper cream, and wipes. You'll get an automatic 5% off, and if you sign up for five Subscribe & Save subscriptions in one month, you'll get 15% off those products. Plus, if your needs change, it's easy to cancel Subscribe & Save.
When you complete an Amazon Baby Registry, you get access to free goodies and discounts.
Amazon's one of our favorite baby registries . First of all, Prime members can get a welcome box with $35 worth of baby freebies once they complete their baby registration, add 10 unique items to the registry, and have more than $10 in purchases made from the registry. The welcome box has included these items and brands in the past: Seventh Generation diapers, Johnson & Johnson baby wash samples, organic prenatal vitamin samples, baby lotion samples, an Avent bottle, and coupons.
Second, Prime members get a 15% off registry completion discount on select items starting 60 days before the baby’s due date and ending 60 days after the due date. If you’re not a Prime member, you get a 10% discount.
