Here are the steps to follow:

Visit www.PainReliefRewards.com to create an account or log in to your existing account.
Upload the image of your full printed receipt, or shipping, pickup, or delivery confirmation by March 14, 2022.
Once your submission has been validated, you’ll receive an email with a link showing your total points accumulated.
