To cancel your Boost Mobile service, call 833-502-6678 or visit a Boost Mobile Store. If you want to keep your phone number, do not cancel first, request a number transfer through your new carrier while your Boost account is active. Boost does not offer refunds for unused days, and any remaining device financing balance becomes due when you cancel. After canceling, turn off AutoPay through the Boost Mobile website or app to avoid future charges.
