The fine print:
Bottom line cost: You'll pay $36.99 per month for three years for monitoring services, plus the one-time cost of your security system equipment and the one-time $99 installation fee.
Do I need to cancel? Yes, if you decide you no longer want monitoring, you'll need to cancel. Note, ADT reserves the right to charge up to 75% of the monthly cost for the remainder of the term for early termination.
