Note: In order to receive your report, you must visit a patient center near you to get tested. Not sure where your nearest patient center is? Simply head on over to the Lab Testing API website and enter your zip code, city, or address and find one nearest you.
After your voucher is redeemed, you'll have six months to use your lab order for testing. If you don't, a fee of $20 will apply to have a new lab order issued after the initial 6-month time frame. There is a limit of 1 per person; however, you may buy up to two additional ones as gifts.
