Bottom line cost: Your cost for the first box will depend on which box size you select. You'll pay between $9.95 and $15.95 to cover the cost of shipping.
Do I need to cancel? When you claim your free box, you’ll be automatically enrolled in a subscription plan. If you’re not satisfied with your box, you can cancel after it’s been delivered. Please note that cancellation requests submitted before delivery — whether by email or through your customer account — may not be processed. To avoid any confusion, it’s best to wait until your box arrives before canceling and to do so before your next renewal.
Alternatively, you can also skip or pause upcoming renewals if you’d prefer to take a break instead of canceling.
