Kohl's Customer Appreciation Event: Here's When It'll Be Back

The Kohl's Customer Appreciation Sale joined the Kohl's sale rotation just a couple years ago, and it includes 11 days of deals. During the sale, Kohl's Rewards members get 20% off with code REWARDS20, credit card holders get 30% off with code KOHLS30, and the general public gets 15% off with code SAVING15.

Even better, everyone will earn $10 Kohl's Cash for every $50 spent, and $5 Rewards for every $100 spent.

Kohl's Customer Appreciation Sale is an 11-day event with 15% - 30% off coupons.

In June 2024, Kohl's introduced their first Kohl's Customer Appreciation Sale, and since then it's been running every few months (although it took a long break in 2025, stopping in February and returning in September). Each time, the range of coupons has changed, but in general, you get between 15% and 20% off (general public) and 30% off (cardholders). Rewards members get 20% or 25% off, depending on the sale.

To get the coupon, check your email or the Kohl's site for a promo code. Note that this event is different from the Kohl's Credit Event, which also gives cardholders 30% off.

(We suspect that, at least for now, Kohl's is mostly doing its Credit Event almost every month instead of alternating it with the Customer Appreciation Event on a regular basis.)

KCL predicts the next Kohl's Customer Appreciation Sale will run Dec. 3-13

The Customer Appreciation event took a pause in 2026 (Kohl's has been rolling out their almost-monthly Kohl's Credit Events and kept the Customer Appreciation Event on the back-burner). But it came back for September, and we think it'll return in December, like it did last year.

Recent dates of the Kohl's Customer Appreciation Event:

• Sept. 10 - 20, 2026

• Dec. 4 - 14, 2025

• Sept. 11 - 21, 2025

• Feb. 6 - 16, 2025

Can you stack Kohl's coupons?

Yes, but there are rules. You can use up to four Kohl's coupons in one transaction, but they have to be different types. So you can use your Customer Appreciation coupon with a category coupon (say, a $10 off $50 toy purchase coupon or a $10 off $50 home purchase coupon), but you can't use multiple sitewide percentage-off coupons in one order.

Kohl's also has rules about the order in which coupons are applied. Dollar-off coupons are applied first, so if you have any of those, they'd be applied before your Kohl's Credit Event percentage-off coupon.
