Here’s the perfect finale to that delicious Christmas feast!

Christmas Cranberry Pudding Cake

6 Tbls butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups evaporated milk
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 package of whole fresh cranberries

Vanilla Sauce

2 cubes butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, sugar and evaporated milk together.

2. Add flour, baking powder, salt, to the above mixtures. Fold in fresh cranberries.

3. Put in greased bunt pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes until light brown.

4. While cake bakes make sauce. Melt butter, sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla in a pan. Stir and let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

5. When cake is finished baking let it cool 10 minutes. Carefully turn cake out onto plate. Drizzle warm sauce over cake and serve.
