Cranberry-Apple Cornbread Stuffing

1 box Cornbread Stove Top Stuffing
1 12 oz bag stuffing mix, found in the bakery at your local store                                                                                                                        1 1/2 cups chopped apple
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 Tbls butter
1/2 onion, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 – 14.5 oz cans chicken broth

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine both stuffing mixes, chopped apple and cranberries. Set aside.

2. In a small saucepan melt butter. Toss the onion and celery with the butter and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring as it cooks.

3. Combine the stuffing mixture with the celery and onions.

4. Pour chicken broth over stuffing until the bread is just barely wet. Do not drench the stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes or stuff into a turkey.
