This is the best cheesecake recipe I’ve tried. If you love cheesecake, you’ll be amazed at how easy this recipe is and–more importantly–at how delicious it tastes! Use: $0.75/2 C&H Sugar Products, 2 lbs or larger, limit one coupon per customer from RP 3/17 (exp 5/31).

Cheesecake

Crust

1 cup graham cracker crumbs – $1.14
3 Tbsp melted butter – $ – $0.18
3 Tbsp sugar – $0.06

Cake

4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature – $6.00
1 cup sugar – $0.30
3 Tbsp flour – $0.04
4 eggs – $0.88
1 cup sour cream – $0.74
1 tsp vanilla – $0.01

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Thoroughly combine crust ingredients and press into springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

2. Turn oven temperature to 450 degrees. Using mixer, combine all cake ingredients and mix until smooth (about 3 minutes), scraping bowl after 1 minute. Pour batter into crust. Place in oven and bake 10 minutes at 450. After 10 minutes, reduce heat to 250 and continue baking 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Top with your favorite fruit.
