Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

4 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate squares – $2.98
1/2 cup butter – $0.50
1 cup powdered sugar – $0.21
2 whole eggs –  $0.22
2 egg yolks – $0.22
6 Tbls flour – $0.18

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

3. Spray 4 ramekin cups with cooking spray.

2. In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate with the butter for 1 minute. Stir until they are well combined and completely melted. You may need to cook them another 10 to 20 seconds.

3. Stir in sugar until well blended. Whisk in eggs and egg yolks. Stir in flour.

4. Divide the mixture evenly between the four cups.

5. Bake for 13 -14 minutes until sides are firm and center is soft. Let stand one minute.

6. Invert cakes on dishes and top with ice cream or whipped cream. You could also serve them straight from the ramekin.
