Our readers (and staff) have been going crazy over the Disney100 Lego sets that have been making a splash over the internet. I mean, it’s hard to resist a good Lego set that features iconic characters from our favorite movies like Enchanted, Up!, and Hocus Pocus.
And while these play sets have tons of play and collector’s value, I have a secret on how to get a Disney Lego set on Amazon for just $20. (Not to mention, this is the best way to keep kids busy after school).
I found some mini Disney Amazon Lego sets that I’ve shared below, costing no more than $20. They’re officially called Storybook Adventure sets. These little sets are tinier and more travel-friendly, and they each feature classic Disney faves.

Shop Disney Amazon Lego Sets Under $20
We know Lego is notorious for their steep price tags, but these sets are all pleasantly priced under $20, an exceptional value for what’s included. And they don’t compromise on quality or creativity.
Prices for these sets are pretty set across the board at about $19.99 at all stores, but the free shipping with Prime makes Amazon your best bet for purchase. Plus, some of them tend to go on sale during the holidays.
There are currently 15 different Lego Disney Storybook Adventure sets, but here are a few of my faves and why.
1. Lego Disney The Little Mermaid Storybook Adventure

Released on May 1, 2023, this Disney Amazon Lego set includes miniature figurines of Ariel, Ursula, Prince Eric, and Sebastian. It includes so many fun details to get the creativity flowing, like a revolving statue, folding shell throne, and bookcases with hiding spots for a book and map.
The Scuttlebutt on this set is about the ease of building this set (most kids can do it on their own). I also like the lock-and-go aspect and feel the value is great for the money. Plus after personally looking at the price of all the new The Little Mermaid merch for my two daughters, this really is a good deal!

2. Lego Disney Peter Pan & Wendy Storybook Adventure

With three areas of play, including Wendy’s house, the Lost Boys’ hideout, and Skull Island, the story options are endless. Role-play with the included Disney’s Peter Pan, Wendy, and Captain Hook micro-doll figures, plus the Darlings’ dog Nana. It even comes with a few extra accessories and decorative stickers.
The reviews on this set are generally positive, again, the biggest praise being for the on-the-go entertainment aspect.

3. Lego Disney Elsa and the Nokk Storybook Adventure

The book opens to a complete micro-world with an ice palace. While it has only two areas of play (the others have three), the set comes with more micro-doll figures than the other sets. It includes two different Elsa figures, Anna, Olaf, a stone guy, plus the Nokk (the water horse).
A lot of the reviews are saying this one requires a little more adult supervision to help assemble than the others (mainly due to the reported confusing directions), but once it’s built, it’s a hit for hours of fun.
This set has been known to drop by a few dollars (down to $15.99) on Amazon around Christmas, so if you don’t get it now, it might be good to keep on your radar for the holidays.

4. Lego Disney Antonio’s Magical Door

Disney’s Encanto fans aged five and up will love to see what’s behind Antonio’s door in this simple 99-piece set. The set is packed with a working tree-house swing, raising hammock, and a jaguar cave. It includes Antonio and Mirabel micro-dolls, plus three butterflies, a jaguar, and a capybara. Like the rest, the set closes and locks for portable fun and ease.
Reviews are mixed because of the simplicity of it—some people like that, some people don’t. With only 99 pieces, it’s the easiest of the sets to build. But like the others, the folding and locking feature is what parents are loving the most. My 8-year-old daughter has this one and can personally attest to the hours of quiet time it has brought me over the last year!
Lego has technically retired this product (which explains the awesome price), so hurry! Supplies may be limited.

These sets are perfect for on-the-go entertainment.

My personal favorite feature (and most parents in the reviews) of Lego Disney Storybook Adventure sets is that they’re all basically made for travel (they fold and lock!). Whether you’re needing some road trip entertainment, visiting relatives, or jetting off on a family vacation, these little micro-worlds can provide hours of fun on the run.
But adventurers beware—you do need to actually build the set before you take off for your trip. So make sure you account for some time to do that before leaving.
Seriously, the storage is just… (chef’s kiss).
I bet, like me, if you have kids who like Legos you have a plastic bin somewhere in your house just chock full of the most random, tiny Lego pieces that you nor your kids will likely ever figure out which set they actually belong to.
Not with these Storybook Adventure sets. They fold up and lock, keeping all the tiny pieces locked safely inside and ready for next time. I love that you can just easily store them on a bookshelf at home, or they’re compact enough to easily tote in a bag on your travels.
