1 cup butter, softened – $0.48

1 (3.9 oz) Jell-O chocolate instant pudding mix – $0.88
1 cup packed brown sugar – $0.36
1 tsp baking soda – $0.02
2 cups flour – $0.21
1 package Andes Creme de Menthe Baking Chips – $2.78

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a medium bowl, mix butter, eggs and Jell-O mix. Add brown sugar, baking soda and flour to mixture. Fold baking chips into batter.

3. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a baking rack.
