If you want designer shoes, accessories and apparel at bargain bin prices, I’m telling you, 6pm is your jam.
6pm sells Coach, The North Face, Uggs, Michael Kors, Nike, Brooks and pretty much every other brand you love at a discount of up to 90%.
And no, they don’t sell factory seconds. 6pm is a licensed retailer for every brand they sell.
Get at least 70% off all your favorite brands with these 10 6pm tips:
1. Get at least 70% off everything in the Clearance Closet.
In order for an item to land in the Clearance Closet, it has to be at least 70% off, and can go as high as 90% off. So no matter what you’re looking for, start here.
And we’re not talking about a few crummy clearance items. The Clearance Closet had almost 13,000 women’s items and nearly 2,000 men’s items the last time I shopped.
2. Sort by “% off” to get the best value.
When you’re looking at a brand or category, start by clicking the drop-down “Sort By” menu on the right, and select the “% off” feature.
The biggest discounts will show up first, which helped me find my $215 VANELi booties for just $24.99 — a whopping 88% off.
3. Get up to 90% off the Deal of the Day.
Every day, 6pm discounts an item by up to 90%. It’s usually an accessory or pair of shoes — occasionally it’ll be a brand or department.
But shop fast because once an item from 6pm is gone, it’s gone for good.
4. Join 6pm’s email list for exclusive coupons and sale notifications.
You’ll be the first to know about sales and Daily Deals, which is key — because they don’t restock sold-out items.
You’ll also get limited-time offers and percentage-off coupons worth up to 20% off your entire order.
NOTE: I was promised an exclusive coupon just for signing up, but after a few days, I’m still waiting.
5. Follow 6pm on social media for promo codes and sale alerts.
You’re going to be tempted by photos of 6pm’s Deal of the Day in your Facebook or Insta feed, but we promise it’ll be worth it.
Look for exclusive codes or coupons, especially around Cyber Monday — we’ve seen a social media offer for 20% off your entire purchase.
6. Get new product alerts for your favorite brands before they sell out.
Love COACH? Sign up for COACH-specific “new style alerts” so you can get your hands on the latest styles before they sell out.
Just select your favorite brand and enter your email next to the grey box that says, “Notify me about new styles.”
7. Spend at least $50 to get free shipping — unless it’s a holiday sale.
6pm typically offers free shipping during major holidays, like their Fourth of July sale. Also look for free holiday shipping offers in your email newsletter starting in October.
Otherwise, if you aren’t spending at least $50, you’ll be charged $3.95 for standard shipping.
8. Buy designer jeans when they’re 60-75% off.
Knowing inventory is limited, it may be tempting to pull the trigger on your favorite jeans when they’re 50% off.
But wait until Joe’s are marked at least 70% off, get 7 For All Mankind jeans when they’re at least 75% off, and Lucky Brand jeans will eventually be marked 75% off.
Hudson’s and Kut from the Kloth are still worth buying when you see them marked 60% off.
9. The best items to buy are outerwear and shoes.
Outerwear and shoes are often marked over 80% off — making them some of 6pm’s top deals. We often see $200 North Face or Calvin Klein jackets marked down to less than $60.
I found a $200 Under Armour jacket for $34.99 and $145 VANELi sandals marked down to just $19.99.
10. Pay shipping to return items within 30 days of purchase, unless items arrive damaged.
There’s one exception to 6pm’s 30-day return window:
Purchases made from Nov. 1 through Dec. 31 can be returned until Feb. 28. Everything else must be returned within 30 days.
And unless your items arrived damaged, you’ll have to pay shipping to return them.
