Dollar General's weekly 3-Day Sales are back and happening every weekend from Halloween through the week before Christmas. You might remember these as "Deal Days" from past years; they're the same sales running Thursday through Saturday, just with a new name. Each week brings fresh Dollar General deals with BOGO offers and up to 50% off gifts, toys, cookware, seasonal home decor, and even groceries.
These offers are a different mix of deals than the ones we include in our Dollar General weekly ad roundup. And they overlap with Dollar General's 24 Days of Savings you'll find in-store during the month of December. So there's basically no shortage of ways to save at Dollar General in the last few months of the year.

Best Dollar General 3-Day Sale Offers This Week (Nov. 6 - 8)
The sale prices listed below are valid Thursday, Nov. 6 - Saturday, Nov. 8. I recommend shopping in-store to find the best selection (and to avoid Dollar General's same-day delivery fees).

Dollar General 3-Day Sales are weekend savings events with a mix of BOGO deals and up to 50% off hundreds of items (including groceries).
Dollar General loves using different names for their sales, and this year they're calling their holiday savings events "3-Day Sales." In past years, you might've known these as "Deal Days." These promotions run every Thursday through Saturday from October to December.
These 3-Day Sales are basically a version of early Black Friday deals at Dollar General, with discounts on gifts, toys, holiday decor, kitchen appliances, gift cards, sodas, and canned goods.

According to a Dollar General press release, weekly 3-Day Sales will run every Thursday through Saturday starting Oct. 30 and continuing throughout the holiday season. Each sale lasts three days and features different offers.
Here are some of the biggest savings coming in 2025:

Shop the deals in-store to skip Dollar General's delivery fees.
Most Dollar General delivery orders go through DoorDash or Uber Eats, which means you're paying extra beyond your first free delivery. But Dollar General is rolling out their own same-day delivery service to about 16,000 stores by the end of 2025 — more than half of all locations.
No matter which delivery option you use, you're looking at fees. Third-party delivery comes with delivery fees, service fees, and a recommended tip. Dollar General's own delivery still has fees, though you can use coupons.
If you need delivery, clip the free delivery coupon in the DG app for your first order (expires Dec. 31, 2025). But shopping in-store is still the smartest move during these 3-Day Sales. You'll skip the fees, skip the tip, and use all your coupons.
Remember to clip the $5 off $25 Saturday coupon in the DG app before you shop.
If you want to save the most money possible during these 3-Day Sales, plan to shop on a Saturday and use the $5 off $25 coupon that's only valid on Saturdays. The only catch is that by Saturday, some of the best deals might already be sold out in stores.
You can clip this coupon in the DG app (download for iOS/Android), and it's only valid on the day(s) listed in the fine print. For example, the current coupon is valid Nov. 3 - 7. These coupons also print at the bottom of your receipt when you make any purchase at Dollar General Sunday through Friday.
KCL TIP: To use multiple $5 off $25 coupons, you'll need to split your transactions since only one coupon can be applied per transaction.

To maximize your savings during these 3-Day Sales, you'll want to get familiar with how DG Cash Back rebates work. Sometimes, these can be stacked with sale prices on qualifying items.
